Dragon Tiny Homes has listed a new dwelling, the Fairfax 20', for $33,700. Noted on July 19, 2026, it rides on a double-axle trailer, measures 20 ft (6.1 m) long, and packs a single-floor interior of 170 sq ft (15.8 sq m). It is an updated, larger take on the firm's earlier Fairfax.
For its size the layout is complete. The kitchen holds a sink, an induction cooktop, a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer and cabinetry; the bathroom has a flushing toilet, a compact sink and a walk-in shower. A steel-framed platform bed sits above a seating area and is reached by storage-integrated steps, and that space can instead be set up as a home office. Outside it wears gray siding and a metal roof, with white shiplap inside.
The reason this counts is the number. A move-in-ready home with a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry for under $34,000 sets a floor far below a conventional house, keeping basic shelter within reach for buyers priced out of the ordinary market.
