Leapmotor puts its small A10 electric SUV on sale in Thailand

Leapmotor opened A10 sales in Thailand through 19 showrooms, with an updated C10 due later this year and exports growing fast.

Leapmotor held a launch event in Bangkok on Friday, October 30, 2026, for the A10, a small electric SUV sold internationally as the B03X. The car is already in 19 Thai showrooms. The company wants 30 sales and service outlets in the country by the end of 2026, and it plans to launch an updated C10 there this year. It brought the C10 to Thailand in 2024 and the B10 in October 2025.

The long-range A10 is rated at 450 km on the NEDC cycle and accepts DC charging up to 133 kW. Under specified conditions, the battery goes from 30% to 80% in as little as 16 minutes. Inside are a 14.6-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 106-liter washable underfloor storage compartment. Leapmotor is also building a local spare parts warehouse and a technical service center.

This matters for mobility because ownership depends on service and parts as well as sticker price. A local parts and service network is what lets a lower-cost EV work as everyday transport. Each added affordable model in Southeast Asia also moves more driving off fuel and onto electricity. The scale behind it is large. Leapmotor delivered 666,539 vehicles worldwide in the first nine months of 2026, up 68.52%. It exported 159,572 of them, and its overseas push is backed by Leapmotor International, a joint venture in which Stellantis holds 51%.

The key unknown is price. Leapmotor gave no Thai pricing or customer delivery dates, so affordability is not yet shown. The 450 km figure is NEDC, and the 16-minute charge applies only under set conditions. The export figures were compiled by CnEVPost from CPCA data.
